Collaboration is anything that you do with more than one person, even when you are by yourself someone had to make whatever you are touching, someone made everything. Also it is about learning to work well no matter if you don’t like a person or disagree with them, you still have to work with them. STEM uses massive amounts of collaboration every day. And again they care about this quality because you have to use it every single day in jobs, college, and everyday school. Everything in math class uses it. The scaled character project that we just did is a good example. We designed and graphed simple video game characters. We also enlarged a copy and reduced one using a rule, we made tables for all of the characters. At first we had some group work issues but we had to find a way to work around them. Like one member of our group being absent with all of his work at home. Which we worked out together.
